Attention B and C Automotive Technicians!!! Our business is booming here at Garvey Hyundai and we need qualified technicians. These are full-time, permanent positions. They are not temporary "fill-in" positions due to current conditions. We will consider automotive technicians of all skill levels, but you must have your own tools and possess a valid driver's license. A NYS inspectors license is a plus!

We are also specifically looking for B & C Level Technicians.

Garvey Automotive Group is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Service Car Washer & Maintenance Person. This position combines car washing with routine building and facility maintenance to help ensure our customers receive an exceptional experience while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming dealership environment.

Job Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

Vehicle Detailing

• Exterior washes for service customer vehicles
• Ensure all vehicles meet dealership quality standards before delivery
• Move and park vehicles as needed throughout the dealership property
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment

Building & Facility Maintenance

• Perform routine building maintenance and minor repairs
• Assist with groundskeeping, including sweeping sidewalks, trash removal, and seasonal tasks
• Help with snow removal and ice control during winter months
• Replace light bulbs, air filters, and other routine facility components
• Monitor building conditions and report maintenance concerns to management
• Assist with special projects, facility improvements, and dealership upkeep as needed

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles
• Previous detailing, maintenance, janitorial, or automotive experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the workday
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and team-focused mindset

Work Schedule:

• 40 hours a week
• Monday - Friday schedule
